The Fairmount Rey Juan Carlos Hotel and Palau des Congressos saw 450 senior JLL International Directors descend upon the venues for an event spanning four days. We were, yet again proud to be producing this event for the 6th time !
With a campus feel, the venue provided a very functional set of spaces with which our design and production team could work their magic creating formal conference areas, a large Expo focusing on all the internal JLL business lines and technology, breakout sessions and plenty of networking. An additional event was added into the programme allowing Spanish clients to gain access to the Expo and meet with the various JLL business line representatives.
In addition we were involved with three offsite dinners, one at the hotel swimming pool area,one in the iconic El Born cultural centre and the finale which took place in MNAC( Museum of National Art and Culture).
All production, branding, design and build was carefully and meticulously carried out by our team, supported locally by various external AV and event management aides.
This turned out to be one of SP&A’s largest and most complex events yet utilising an onsite production team of well over 50 crew and operatives.
