The impressive Terranea Resort, near Redondo Beach in sunny south LA, provided the setting for the 2011 LaSalle Directors meeting. Over four days, 230 of the firm’s international directors met for an informative and stimulating mix of plenary, integrated breakout and team building.
Faced with the vast conferencing facilities offered by the Terranea Resort, our task was to ensure space for the main conference, and associated breakout rooms, was utilised effectively and to its maximum potential, whilst giving LaSalle the impression of ownership within these areas, in and amongst many other corporates taking advantage of the hotel complex
We worked closely with the LaSalle UK Marketing team throughout the whole planning stage, providing detailed specifications, and management for the hotel’s onsite AV and staging supplier, helping to achieve an exceptionally high quality event.
It was of utmost importance to provide, visualise, and implement the key event theme across all branding, set, and environment designs, as well as in all presentations. We not only answered this brief, but also delivered it to the highest standard.
